The added value, resources, objectives and subsidiarity of the European Union's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is to be discussed at a sitting of the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council on January 29th, while Estonian Minister of Rural Affairs Tarmo Tamm said that CAP must be made simpler, informs LETA/BNS.
